About the workshop

A live online eco-art therapy workshop for Earth Month exploring creativity, reflection, and our relationship with the natural world.

Led by Mor Keshet and Ariella Cook-Shonkoff of TEVEL, and hosted by Julia Volonts of Art Therapy Lab, this 60-minute Zoom workshop invites participants to slow down, create, and reconnect with nature.

Facilitators

Mor Keshet

Mor Keshet is the Founder of TEVEL and the creator of Integrative Eco Art Therapy and Emotional Biomimicry™, pioneering nature-based approaches that integrate creativity, ecology, and trauma-informed psychology. Through participatory art and education initiatives like the Climate Emotions Mandala Project, Mor fosters collective healing, cultural repair, and pathways toward regenerative futures.

Ariella Cook-Shonkoff

Ariella Cook-Shonkoff is a licensed psychotherapist and integrative eco-art therapist in private practice in Berkeley, California. She is the author of Raising Anti-Doomers, a guide to helping raise emotionally resilient children in an era of climate disruption. Ariella previously served on the steering committee of Climate Psychology Alliance of North America, where she co-chaired the Expressive Arts Committee.
