Art Therapy

Art-making is a deeply symbolic form of

communication that taps into the

unconscious.  Creating art can be a

healing, empowering, and revealing

experience for children and adults alike. I

use it as a complement to talk therapy as

appropriate. No art experience necessary.  

It is a judgment-free zone.  

Some examples of art therapy projects are:

mandalas
